In an announcement made on Thursday, the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) revealed that their prepaid system was currently facing technical difficulties, leading to delays in generating electricity tokens for customers.
According to the statement released by the company, a glitch in the prepaid system has disrupted the usual process of generating electricity tokens. KPLC assured customers that they are actively working to resolve the issue and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
“We sincerely regret any inconvenience this situation has caused,” the statement read, emphasizing the company’s dedication to rectifying the problem promptly.
