Job Description
As a Digitization Agent, your responsibilities will be critical in transitioning toward a more efficient and streamlined judiciary system. Your tasks will include:
Receiving of Files: You will be responsible for receiving files from the In-Charge of registries, ensuring that they are accounted for and in the correct order.
Preparation of Physical Files: This involves various steps such as unbinding documents, sorting them, separating pages as needed, listing the contents, and paginating the documents for easy reference.
Indexing and Binding: After preparing the files, you must index them appropriately for easy retrieval and bind them back to their original state and order.
Data Entry: Data entry will be a crucial aspect of this role. You must input information accurately and efficiently into the digital system, ensuring all data is captured without errors.
Previous experience in data entry or engagement with Ajira (Ajira training certificate) will be considered an added advantage. If you have undergone training through the Ajira Digital Program, your chances of securing this position could be significantly higher.
